Report a player or a message
Long-press any message from that player and choose Report or Block. Blocked players are never matched with you again. For illegal content see the Content & Copyright Policy. For anything involving a minor see Child Safety Standards.
Frequently asked questions
Why was I matched with an AI player?
When nobody else is around, AI players fill empty seats so your scene can still start. They are always labelled "AI".
What happens when a scene ends?
Everyone chooses Keep or Delete. The story continues with the players who keep it; if only one person keeps it, it is deleted.
How do I write with friends?
Add them in the Friends tab, then tap "Write together". Stories with friends skip matchmaking and the timer.
Who can change a story's music and background?
Everyone in the story. Everyone sees the same scene and hears the same track, each with their own volume.
How do I cancel RoleMatch+?
In your device's subscription settings. See the Subscription Terms.
How do I stop people finding me?
Account → turn off "Findable by username".
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, tap your initial in the top right, then Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
